These terms apply to all accommodation bookings at Montana on Kopaonik made directly with us – through the montanakopaonik.com website, by email, by phone or via social media. By sending an inquiry and confirming a booking, the guest accepts these terms. For bookings made through Booking.com and other platforms, the terms stated on that platform apply.

1. Booking and payment

  • A booking is confirmed once a deposit of 50% of the total price of the stay has been paid. We send the payment details together with our offer.
  • If the deposit is not paid within the agreed time, we reserve the right to offer the dates to other guests.
  • The remaining amount is paid on arrival, before entering the rooms. Payment at the property is possible in cash only.
  • Prices are in euros (EUR) and include half-board accommodation (breakfast and dinner). Tourist tax is charged in accordance with current regulations.
  • Drinks from the bar, coffee, tea, soups and desserts are not included in the price; they are recorded as consumed and paid at check-out.

2. Cancellation and no-show

  • The deposit paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show.
  • No refunds are given for unused nights in case of early departure or late arrival.
  • You can request a change of dates as early as possible via the contact page or by email – we will do our best to accommodate you if there is availability.

3. Arrival and departure

  • Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 10:00.
  • If you arrive earlier or leave later, you can wait in the restaurant with your belongings.
  • Your stay starts with dinner on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure.
  • During certain periods (holidays, peak season) a minimum number of nights may apply; we will let you know when you book.

4. Meals

  • Breakfast is served daily from 7:30 to 9:30 as a buffet, and dinner from 17:00 to 20:00.
  • Meals are served only at the stated times; a missed meal cannot be made up on another day.
  • Please let us know about allergies, special diets and other restrictions at least two days before arrival.

5. Children

  • Children under 3 stay free of charge.
  • Children aged 3 to 12 get a 20% discount on the accommodation price.

6. House rules

  • Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is not allowed anywhere in the building. There is a covered smoking area in front of the entrance.
  • Quiet hours apply in all areas from 22:00. Montana is not a place for parties and loud music.
  • Bringing your own food and drinks into the restaurant is not allowed.
  • Walking through the building in ski boots is not allowed – ski equipment is kept in the ski room.
  • The number of guests in a room must not exceed the number stated in the booking.
  • Pets are welcome with prior notice. Owners are responsible for their pet’s behaviour, noise and any damage.

7. Liability and damage

  • Guests are responsible for any damage they cause at the property and are obliged to compensate for it.
  • Montana is not responsible for money, valuables and other items left in the rooms and common areas, or for equipment left in the ski room.

8. Personal data

The data you provide (name, contact details, stay details) is used solely for your booking and stay and is not shared with third parties, except where required by law (e.g. guest registration with the authorities).

9. Force majeure

In case of force majeure (severe weather, road closures, decisions of the authorities and the like), we will agree with the guest on new dates or another solution.

10. Changes to these terms and contact

Montana reserves the right to change prices and terms without prior notice; bookings that have already been confirmed are honoured under the terms valid at the time of confirmation. For any questions, feel free to reach us via the contact page or at montana.kopaonik@gmail.com.
